WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TRY GREEN COFFEE BEANS

I heard that health benefits were to be had from drinking green tea but

was unaware of the medical advantages of drinking green coffee as well.

It seems that health benefits were being promoted by the Chinese.

So donning my science researcher white lab coat I did some research and here is what I found out.

Apparently you can lose weight, reduce blood sugar levels and reduce the chances of contracting Type 2 diabetes if you consume green coffee.

There was some research carried out (see links) and these seem to indicate that positive medical health benefits could arise if you drank green coffee in sufficient quantities. The Chinese - among others- have used these health-giving advantages and adopted them into their own medicine and culture. Without getting to heavily into the East versus West thing about medicine I have it on fairly good authority that medicine was being practised in China when we in the West were still living in caves and eating raw meat. An article published in the venerable UK Lancet (see link) even seems to confirm this evidence and the findings. Loads of papers and research are available online to confirm these findings as well and can be found quite easily by searching ( for example: absorption of phenolic acids in humans after coffee) some simple search terms in Google and it is not just some urban myth.

Anyway the whole thing seems to revolve around this mysterious substance chlorogenic acid which has the ability to transform your life.

After years of sticking to decaf and being nagged about not drinking so much coffee this green light has now vindicated my love affair with the coffee pot even more ---- whoopee bring on the doughnuts!!!
